Were seeking a motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our brand-new outpatient practice in Zephyrhills, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to be the first provider at the location, working primarily independently to help launch and grow a newly established primary care and walk-in clinic. Enjoy the autonomy of independent practice, with physician support always within reach when needed.

Scope of Practice:

• Full spectrum primary care for patients of all ages
• Manage your own panel of patients with both scheduled and walk-in visits
• Flexible full-time schedule available with alternating weekend shifts and no call obligation

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of primary care experience as an NP or PA; urgent care experience a plus
• State licensure and board certification is required
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
