JOB PREVIEW:
* Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures
* Build genuine relationships with our guests by delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence at every interaction
* Supervise and coach a team of guest service advisors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent performance and adherence to company standards
* Monitor car wash processes and equipment to ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and safety compliance, and address any issues or malfunctions promptly
* Train new team members on car wash procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards
* Enforce safety protocols and compliance with brand and company standards to ensure a safe and secure work environment
* Safely and clearly direct guests at every station throughout the site, with a smile and a wave
* Assist in the daily upkeep and maintenance
* Follow all Radiant Express Car Wash company policies, safety procedures and brand standards
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the car wash industry, automotive service, or related field
* Must be at least 18 years old
* An outgoing personality with strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
* Excellent guest service skills
* Be eager to learn, motivate others, and develop new skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
* Operate with respect and integrity
* Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a positive work environment.
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
* Fluent in English
* Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
* General knowledge of maintenance tools and hardware
