Game Stop - - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs.;
Support store management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties.;
Process guest purchases and returns via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, ensuring top-notch guest service.;
Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals in the POS system; complete closeout paperwork and bank deposits as required.;
Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management.
