School Psychologist - Zion, Illinois

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years of School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference across an entire district as a dedicated School Psychologist for the  academic year. This full-time, in-person position offers a rewarding opportunity to support students' social, emotional, and educational development from August 17, 2026, through May 27, 2027. In this contract role, you’ll work district-wide, collaborating with fellow educators and administrators to make a positive impact in students’ educational journeys.

• Master’s degree in educational psychology or closely related field
• Completion of at least one year of supervised internship under a credentialed school psychologist
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in school settings preferred

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments, interpreting results to identify students’ needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for qualifying students
• Provide counseling, crisis interventions, and consultation services for students, families, and staff
• Foster positive relationships with students and support their social and emotional well-being
• Work with diverse teams to promote safe, supportive learning environments across the district
• Participate in meetings, ongoing professional development, and special projects as required
