Mon - Fri, Day Shift (i.e. 8:00am - 5:00pm)

• Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects for City of Hope's Finance leadership.
• Provides analysis for forward‑looking financial and business‑related projects.
• Analyzes revenues, revenue drivers and revenue capture.
• Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
• Participates on teams and contributes to annual budgeting, capital expenditure decision‑making, expense control, report writing, and analysis for City of Hope.
• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required.
• 3–5 years of Accounting/Finance experience as a financial analyst required.
• Healthcare Finance experience desirable.
• Experience with Lawson ERP system preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of PC and Decision Support related software.
• High proficiency level of MS Excel (Advanced to Expert level).
• Ability to communicate with and serve all levels of management.
• Excellent organizational skills and time‑management skills, with ability to coordinate and manage multiple initiatives.
