As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of life of our residents by providing exceptional dietary care and support. Shift hours are 12P - 8P and a weekend/holiday rotation required.

• Assist in the preparation and service of meals to residents, ensuring prompt and courteous service
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, kitchen, and surrounding spaces
• Assist with food storage, labeling, and rotation to ensure freshness and safety
• Assist with waste management and recycling programs
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of food and supply inventory
• Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure seamless meal service and minimize disruptions
• Provide assistance with resident meal preferences and special diets as needed
• Participate in maintaining a positive and respectful work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 years of experience in the healthcare or food service industry, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards
• Must possess a Food Handlers Permit
