Position TitleTCM Plant Operator (Bagger) - 2nd Shift
Job SummaryJoin our dynamic manufacturing team as a TCM Plant Operator and play a critical role in delivering high-quality products that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll operate advanced equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure safety and efficiency on every shift. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Operate & Monitor Equipment:
Set up, run, and adjust TCM plant machinery following SOPs to maintain optimal production rates and quality standards; monitor equipment performance, output quality and production rates; perform routine changeovers, startups and shutdowns. - Diagnose & Maintain:
Perform basic mechanical diagnostics and minor repairs on motors, pumps, valves, and other components; assist with preventive maintenance and adhere to lockout/tagout safety protocols. - Ensure Quality & Safety:
Conduct in-process quality checks, maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow 6S/lean manufacturing standards and report any safety concerns or process deviations immediately. - Drive Continuous Improvement:
Participate in Kaizen activities, suggest process enhancements, and help train new team members.

- Mechanical Aptitude:
Hands-on experience with mechanical systems (pneumatic, hydraulic, rotating equipment) and ability to use basic hand tools; perform basic mechanical troubleshooting; complete minor repairs and adjustments within operator scope; assist maintenance team during preventive maintenance and repairs. - Technical
Skills:
Comfortable with data entry and basic computer applications; experience with production software is a plus. - Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years in manufacturing or plant operations preferred; technical certifications are a bonus.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 80 lbs. (with assistance as needed). Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and dust.
Working ConditionsWork performed in a manufacturing environment. Exposure to noise, dust, and weather conditions; PPE provided as required.
