Ram Pro is a commercial facilities cleaning company specializing in kitchen exhaust systems, kitchen deep cleaning, and front of house cleaning and sanitization. We provide comprehensive cleaning services for restaurants, industrial facilities, sky scrapers and more in greater Chicagoland, Southern Wisconsin, and South Western Indiana. Our headquarters is located in Zion, IL.

Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual who loves engaging over the phone, has excellent research and follow-up skills, and is eager to exceed targets. The ideal candidate will be someone who actively drives sales growth by reaching out to leads and prospects. No industry experience is necessary—WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

Base is $15/hr commission Opportunities with an average earning range of $20-23/hr and on higher end $22-28/hr!

Responsibilities
  • Focus on lead generation, cold calling, and customer development to support and enhance overall sales operations.
  • Make 80+ outbound calls daily, providing free quotes or scheduling appointments for the sales team.
  • Research potential customers and update our database with new contacts.
  • Qualify leads and maintain the database by adding or removing contacts, updating statuses, and entering relevant information.
  • Create engaging communications to foster further discussions with customers based on your research.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Accurately document and report sales activities, schedules, and best practices.
  • Prepare estimates or proposals for customers.

This role is on site but you can accrue remote days monthly!

Requirements
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Engaging phone personality with prior experience in cold calling, direct sales, and/or account management in a client-facing role
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization
  • Self-starter with strong phone prospecting skills
  • Energetic, tenacious, and motivated by commission
  • Fearless attitude with a strong desire for success
  • 15/hour depending on experience plus Commission Opportunities with an average earning range of $20-23/hr and on higher end $22-28/hr!
