Collision Solution is a trusted, I-CAR certified collision repair facility with advanced locations across the region. We’re currently hiring an Apprentice Painter to join our expert refinishing team.

Locations:
Hainesville & Zion, IL

• Assist with vehicle preparation, including sanding, masking, and surface cleaning
• Support experienced painters with mixing, blending, and paint application tasks
• Learn proper use of refinishing tools, equipment, and safety procedures
• Help maintain a clean, organized paint booth and work area
• Participate in training and hands‑on learning to develop your refinishing skills
• Follow OEM and shop guidelines to ensure high-quality, consistent results

• Interest in automotive painting and collision repair
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions in a hands‑on environment
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous shop or paint prep experience is a plus, but not required

• Must be able to lift 80 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and standing for long periods
• Comfortable working around chemicals, fumes, noise, and heat/cold

• I-CAR certification
• ASE certification (a plus)
