School-based Social Worker – JO- (Zion, IL)

Part-time School Social Worker in the Zion, IL area! New grads encouraged to apply!

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed School Social Worker to support an elementary school (Grades 3rd-5th) in the Zion, IL area for the  school year.

• Schedule:
  
  M, T, R, F 7:45am – 2:45pm; W 7:45am – 3:30pm
• Dates:
  August
  19,2025 – May
  27,2026 (excluding additional snow days)
• Setting:
  Elementary School (Pre‑K–2nd grade)
• Caseload: 7–10 students
• In‑person only

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Professional Educator’s License (PEL) with school social work endorsement
• Licensed School Social Worker (state license required)

• Provide individual and group social work services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention plans
• Conduct evaluations, assessments and maintain appropriate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
