School-Based Social Worker - Zion, Illinois

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) required
• Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois is mandatory
• Prior experience in a school environment or with children/adolescents is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

• Provide direct social-emotional support and counseling to students in need
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to address barriers to learning
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and create intervention plans
• Support crisis intervention and conflict resolution within the school community
• Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and services delivered
• Deliver services onsite, 15 hours per week, spanning the full school year (August through May)
