• Master’s degree in Social Work required
• Professional Educator License (PEL) mandatory
• Experience providing social work services within a school environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
• Deep understanding of trauma‑informed care, crisis intervention, and individualized student plans

• Deliver in‑person social work services to elementary students, helping them navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions tailored to student needs
• Coordinate with teachers, staff, and families to create effective support strategies
• Assist in developing and implementing IEP/504 plans, including relevant documentation and meetings
• Offer crisis intervention and resource referrals as needed
• Foster a safe and welcoming school environment, promoting positive behavioral support practices
