We're looking for CDL-A drivers based in the Zion, IL area ready to launch their regional career with our Midwest fleet. New CDL Agraduates are welcome — if you have your CDL-A and a clean record, we want to hear from you.

Home Time:

• Home every weekend — Saturday and Sunday, every week

Pay:

• $0.56 CPM starting pay
• Average weekly gross pay $1,400 to $1,500
• Top 25% of our drivers earn $1,800+ per week
• Performance bonus: up to $0.08 CPM

Miles:

• Average 1,900 to 2,400 miles per week
• Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook
• Stop pay: $15 per stop, except first and last

Lanes:

• Regional Midwest — Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, and Illinois

Training Program:

• 3 to 5 weeks of paid training at $655 per week guaranteed
• One on one mentorship with an experienced driver
• OTR and regional routes during training
• Upon successful completion, transition to solo driving with a pay scale starting at $0.56 CPM

Shift:

• Day and night shifts available
• Holidays not mandatory

Equipment:

• 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680
• Medical, dental, and vision after 30 days
• Paid vacation after one year
• Rider and pet policy available after training
• 24/7 operations support

Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must live within 100 miles of Gary, IN
• New graduates welcome — minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school
• No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
