Staff Accountant – Wholesale Industry
Location: 8260 Zionsville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46268
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 48,000 - 50,000

What You’ll Do:Contact customers and vendors, collect payments, and process checks and payments.
Handle bank reconciliations.
Prepare month end financial reporting.
Present financials to leadership monthly.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
One to three years of accounting experience (wholesale or distribution experience is a plus).
Strong Excel skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
A responsive and clear communicator.
Mandarin proficiency is preferred to support communication with vendors and partners.
