Full-time, on-site role at our location in Northwest Indy

Standard 9-to-5 work hours with little overtime expected

• Post and manage data in the internal ERP system with accuracy and attention to detail
• Review and process A/R invoices and payment receipts in the ERP system
• Review and process A/P product/non-product invoices and payments in the ERP system
• Process credit/debit memo, rebate/commission, and inventory adjustment requests as necessary
• Perform cash and other subledger account reconciliations
• Support ISO internal management and admin tasks as assigned by supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting preferred), or equivalent experience
• Work experience with ERP or accounting system or data entry
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong numerical and analytical skills a must
• Ability to multi-task and work independently while paying attention to details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
