Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist
Our client in the service industry is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to support their accounting team for a 30-day project. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on A/R and cash application experience who is looking for a short-term, flexible assignment.
Responsibilities
- Process cash applications and credit card payments
- Contact customers by phone to obtain updated payment information
- Send customer statements as requested
- Accurately apply and record customer payments
- Assist with additional accounts receivable tasks as needed
Schedule & Work Arrangement
- 20–24 hours per week
- Work hours must fall between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Must be available to train in the office during the first week
- The remainder of the 30-day project can be worked remotely after training
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced A/R professional seeking a part-time, short-term project with remote flexibility after training.
