Tax Administrator; Seasonal

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and outgoing Seasonal Administrative Staff member to join our team for the upcoming tax season. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and providing critical operational support to our tax preparation team. Whether you are looking for full-time hours or a part-time role, we offer comprehensive training and a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter.

• Client Engagement:
  Greet and interact with clients warmly, answer inquiries, manage the checkout process, and handle payment processing.
• Document Management:
  Sort, scan, and organize client documents with high accuracy.
• Data Entry:
  Perform basic data entry to assist with the initial stages of tax return preparation.
• Administrative Support:
  Assemble completed tax returns and maintain an organized front-office environment.

• Personality & Culture: A cheerful, team-focused attitude with an outgoing personality and genuine compassion for helping clients.
• Communication:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technology.

  Strong attention to detail, a commitment to upholding strict client confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay: $17 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Flexible hours available (Days, evenings, and Saturdays)
• Seasonal position:
  Late January through April 15th, 2027
• Seasonal (Full-Time or Part-Time)
