Automotive Service Advisor (Service Writer) – Full-Time

Eagle, MI | Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–5:00PM EST (No Weekends!)
Eagle Auto is a full-service automotive repair shop proudly serving Eagle, MI and surrounding communities. We’re seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer who delivers exceptional customer service, builds lasting relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and prepare service estimates
- Recommend services with confidence and integrity
- Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and transparency
- Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
- Maintain strong, respectful working relationships with the service team
- Help uphold the shop’s reputation for honesty and outstanding workmanship
? High School Diploma or GED required
? Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
? 1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience (or closely related role)
? 1+ year of sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell and lead
? Strong communication and customer service skills
? Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude
? Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
