WhyThis Role Matters
The Agent Services Representative position will be responsible for the processing of agent/agency onboarding paperwork, case ownership, and agent maintenance to ensure accurate and timely completion of agent transactions. This position’s primary focus will be agent and agency onboarding but will also be required to assist with other types of transactions for agent maintenance. The position will be a part of the sales operations team supporting the new internal administrative platform.
HowYou’ll Contribute
This role will process and review agent and agency onboarding paperwork to determine if it is in good order. For paperwork that is not in good order, the Agent Services Representative will work directly with agents and back offices to resolve the outstanding issues.
- Process and review agent onboarding paperwork in a timely manner, including entering data into the system, checking for NIGOs, and working with agents and back offices to resolve NIGOs.
- Learn, retain, and update knowledge of a wide variety of financial product information and internal processes and procedures, while adhering to strict financial industry rules and regulations.
- Assist with processing other types of maintenance and withdrawal transactions as needed.
- Provide information regarding agent licensing and agent maintenance.
- Support agents and advisors with all new business operations.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Advanced level degree a plus.
- 3+ years of operational/customer service or processing experience or a combination is preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The total compensation for this position ranges from $45,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $50,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
