Star Learners in Zionsville, IN is looking for a passionate and nurturing Teacher Assistant to join our growing team! • Support lead teachers in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
• Supervise and assist students during classroom instruction.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all children
• Observe and document student behavior and developmental progress

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is a plus
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with kids
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to professional growth in early childhood education
