- No parent conferences.
This role is best for an educator who wants meaningful student work without the demands of a full classroom. We provide the students, curriculum, materials, and training. You bring strong reading and writing instruction, reliability, and care for student progress.
Students depend on consistency, so this is not an occasional fill-in role. We are looking for tutors who can commit to the same recurring weekly shifts for at least one semester or four months. Six months, the full school year, or ongoing availability is especially helpful.

- Planned absences can be accommodated with advance notice. School-year Tutoring Blocks
- Monday–Thursday: 4:00–8:00 PM.
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
- Monday–Thursday: 12:00–6:00 PM.
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong reading, writing, grammar, and verbal reasoning skills.
- Able to explain English and verbal concepts clearly to high-school students.
- Able to work in person at Huntington Learning Center of Zionsville.
- Able to commit to recurring weekly shifts for at least one semester or four months.
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working with students one-on-one or in small groups.
- English/language arts teaching or tutoring experience.
- SAT/ACT English, Reading, or Writing instruction experience.
- Teaching license, substitute teaching experience, retired teacher background, or other classroom experience.
- Availability for six months, the full school year, or ongoing.
- $20.00 per hour.
- Paid training and shadowing.
