As an HVAC Project Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for various projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the project meets their needs and specifications.

Specific duties include:

• Manage projects ranging to $5 million
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines and schedules
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Supervise project team members and provide guidance and support as needed
• Identify and address project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Conduct project close‑out activities, including documentation and handover to the client

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering Technology or related major is required
• 7–10 years minimum experience working for a mechanical contractor
• Experience in Bluebeam is a plus
• OSHA 30‑Hour Card required

Overall, as an HVAC Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that HVAC projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.
