Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Retail Personal Banker I to join our Zionsville team. The role focuses on using a consultative sales process to uncover customer financial needs and build long-term relationships.
You will process teller transactions and contribute to a positive customer experience while supporting branch operations. Selected candidates enter a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification for the Personal Banker family.
