Oncology and Hematology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP)
Start Date:
ASAP
Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25
Responsibilities and Requirements- Schedule
:
Monday - Friday 8-4, two 5p-7:30am night calls for inpatient service. - Practice Setting
:
Inpatient - Type of cases and required procedures
:
Must be able to perform Oncology and Hematology; experience preferred but not required. If no Oncology and Hematology, preferred experience with hospitalist work or acute care. - Credentialing timeframe
: 45-60 days - Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
- Certifications required
:
Board certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) - Licensure required
:
Active Indiana license, active Indiana DEA License (or one that is easily transferable)
Indianapolis, Indiana.
