Requirements:
Delivery Lead is a role to take charge in all things delivery. You're job focus will be assembling McDelivery orders, assisting incoming delivery drivers, managing delivery station and maintaining it clean and stocked.

You'll work with delivery drivers from Door Dash, Grub Hub, and Uber Eats. The delivery lead will turn in orders to delivery drivers as they arrive at the restaurant. The job responsibilities are as follows, ensuring orders are assembled accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining certain times to meet delivery standards.

The Delivery Lead gets to create feel-good moments everyday with customers by:

-Greeting guests/delivery drivers and communicating with them while handing out their delivery orders
-Offering help with delivery orders
-Ensuring delivery drivers are taking the correct order and answering questions they may have
-Ensuring order accuracy for delivery orders
-Handling any concerns with delivery orders - Ensuring wait times meet restaurant standards.
