As a Grocery Team Member at Meijer, you ll help create a clean, well‑stocked, welcoming shopping experience for our customers. You ll work hands‑on with product, assist guests throughout the store, and support daily operations that keep the grocery department running smoothly. • Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with accuracy and attention to detail
• Rotate product to ensure freshness and maintain food safety standards
• Assist customers by answering questions and helping them locate items
• Maintain department cleanliness, including backroom and sales floor areas
• Set and maintain visually appealing displays following Meijer standards
• Unload deliveries and organize back stock
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to meet department goals

• You are detail‑oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communications skills, face‑to‑face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology.
• Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
