Pool Technician

The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will be a self starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering "resort-quality service".

ASP of Carmel is a locally owned, full-service swimming pool company dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers in SE Boone and Southern Hamilton Counties. We pride ourselves in providing quality products and services at reasonable rates, with knowledgeable employees that care about our customers.

• Service, clean and maintain residential swimming pools on a designated schedule
• Be punctual and have great attendance
• Be neat and clean, company shirts provided
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Have a positive attitude

• Must be professional
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to safely follow instructions and safety labels
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must demonstrate accountability to meet deadlines
• Must demonstrate a desire to learn

• High school diploma
• Swimming pool service experience preferred
• CPO certification will be required – training provided
• Must have a valid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must has a positive service attitude
• Ability to oversee issued company vehicle and tools/equipment

Position is seasonal with opportunity to become permanent.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
