Een toonaangevend HR-consultancybedrijf in Zoetermeer zoekt een ervaren interim HR-professional voor een uitdagende rol in HR-management. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwikkelen van HR-strategieën, coaching van teams en het behandelen van complex HR-beleid. Met uitstekende communicatie- en analytische vaardigheden moet je zowel strategisch als operationeel kunnen inspelen op de HR-behoeften. De functie start begin maart, bij voorkeur voor 24 uur per week, met mogelijkheden voor uitbreiding.
