What You’ll Do- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholder interactions on behalf of leadership
- Plan and execute leadership forums, townhalls, and corporate events, including agenda creation, logistics coordination, and follow‑ups
- Capture decisions and action points, ensuring follow‑up, reminders, and closure tracking
- Support preparation of leadership presentations, reports, and meeting briefs
- Act as a point of contact for workplace‑related requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Provide administrative and paralegal support to the statutory director in corporate governance matters
- Track deadlines related to corporate filings and governance deliverables, ensuring timely completion
- Support planning and execution of cross‑functional projects, ensuring timelines, actions, and deliverables are tracked and completed
- Collect updates from stakeholders and consolidate reporting for leadership visibility
- Prepare agendas, presentation materials, and meeting summaries including action lists and ownership
- Minimum of two years of work experience in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented, and team environment
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination with multiple cross‑functional teams
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of personal integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism while working with privileged and sensitive information
- Professional demeanor, strong communication in English and German (verbal & writing), and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to adapt and work in an ever‑changing environment
- Problem solver with a talent for approaching complex challenges with a positive outlook
- Display a clear sense of priority and achieving quality work with short deadlines
