The Analytics and Forecasting Lead will be a critical member of the International Commercial team responsible for leading the sales forecasting and brand analytics for Rezdiffra across international markets. This position will be a critical in‑market and regional enabling role and will work closely with the International Brand Team members, Country Commercial Leads, and will act as an important advisor to the International Leadership team.

This role will be responsible for defining and establishing a regionally lead Forecasting and Analytics service model to enable Madrigal Intl to refine its forecasting analytics capabilities, process, and provide centralised forecasting and analysis support to Markets. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting, data analytics, and brand performance. The analyst must also demonstrate the ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment, manage competing demands, and adapt to changing priorities with maturity and professionalism.

The role works closely with the international country teams and global counterparts to develop and execute clear, concise, and actionable plans that optimise the launch and commercial successes across the region.

• Lead the development and management of robust data‑driven short‑ & long‑term revenue forecast for Rezdiffra and future pipeline products
• Deliver monthly short‑term forecast updates incorporating latest market dynamics and insights to inform the latest international estimate
• Partner with country GM/Commercial leads to ensure country sales forecast assumptions are aligned with market trends, brand strategy, and business expectations
• Collaborate with international cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical) to ensure market dynamics, opportunity, competitive insights, and pricing & reimbursement assumptions are accurately captured
• Closely collaborate with US/Global forecasting teams and local market leads to ensure alignment and consistency around forecasting process and assumptions
• Closely partner with International Supply Chain team to support international Rezdiffra demand planning
• Consult with IT service and data governance teams to clarify data needs and lead internal/external team members to acquire, aggregate, and curate data and information

• Monitor and evolve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess brand performance
• Deliver monthly international brand performance dashboards consolidating performance data and cross‑functional insights
• Develop and deliver analytical findings and insights to international and country leadership teams to support decision‑making
• Continuously evaluate additional data sources (e.g., IQVIA rare disease registries) to complement insights and support performance tracking
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., IT, Finance) to streamline data collection, storage, and processing systems to ensure scalability and reliability
• Deliver ad‑hoc data analysis and reports as requested by International Commercial and/or country teams
