- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) channels.
- Identify key growth opportunities and drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Lead the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs to monitor and drive performance.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance, motivation, and professional growth.
- Provide training and coaching to sales teams on product knowledge, sales tactics, and market trends.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Understand customer needs and market trends to offer tailored solutions that promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained across all sales touchpoints.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as necessary.
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and innovations to ensure BYD’s competitiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with international sales teams to leverage best practices and global strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive industries.
- Proven track record in managing both B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly in electric vehicles, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
