Senior Operator Recycled and Renewable Commodities

For an established commodity trading company based in Zug, Switzerland.

• Manage sales and order processes for renewable and recycled products, including preparation of business development reports.
• Coordinate business partners by aligning the group's internal demand with available supply and providing transparent reporting to stakeholders and management.
• Lead logistics operations in close collaboration with fossil trading desks, ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and customers.
• Manage global renewable trades, handling complex and evolving documentation and market requirements.
• Ensure sustainability compliance by maintaining audit‑ready certificate documentation and preparing proof of sustainability (PoS) for sales in cooperation with the sustainability diligence team.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Banking, Sustainability, Commodity Trading or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience, preferably in renewable or fossil commodity trading or a related sector.
• High resilience under pressure, excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and strong intercultural competence.
• Experience with sustainability governance and certification schemes (e.g., ISCC) is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required;
  German fluency (written and spoken) advantageous.
