Partner Success Manager – Eastern Europe Markets

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of B2B partner accounts
, analyze performance, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams and partners to implement improvements, share insights, and deliver measurable results.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of international B2B partner accounts.
• Build strong relationships with partners and act as their main point of contact.
• Run regular business review meetings, evaluate performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and partner performance across countries to uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve partner performance.
• Represent  in partner meetings and international industry events (travel approx. 15–20%).
• Use data and insights to support decisions and help partners achieve sustainable growth.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Partner Management.
• Experience working with partners, clients, or markets across Eastern Europe, with understanding of regional market dynamics and business environments. Additional Eastern European languages are considered an advantage.
• Experience working with international partners or cross-market business environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data.
• Experience with BI tools, analytics, or automation processes is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects independently and take ownership of results.
• Fluent English (C1); additional European languages are an advantage.
• University degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• Ability to work full-time from our Zug office.
• Experience in travel, mobility, or car rental industries is a strong plus.
