Operational Specialist Mentorship Programme

Company Overview: Dialectic, a crypto-native organization of builders and capital advisors, is seeking an AI-native Operational Specialist to join the team on a full-time basis in Zug. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing team focused on investing in and building compelling software in emerging crypto and blockchain technologies.

Dialectic acts as an advisor to multiple liquid crypto funds specializing in DeFi yield strategies, as well as venture activity focused on crypto/blockchain technologies. Additionally, Dialectic stewards 1OF1, a prominent digital art collection.

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized, AI-native self-starter to work side by side with our founder, as well as support the broader operational and administrative functions across the organization. This will be a role that combines a wide variety of projects with a deeply involved mentorship programme designed to develop an operator with the full entrepreneurial and executive toolbox.

This entrepreneurial and executive mentorship programme is designed to have the successful candidate graduate into a senior role within the firm or entrepreneurial endeavour after 1-2 years. The ideal candidate is fluent in modern AI tools (LLMs, agents, copilots) and uses them as a default part of every workflow: from inbox triage and research to drafting documents to consolidating data and automating recurring processes.

You’ll touch a bit of everything, which requires a “no job too big or too small” attitude. This role is ideal for someone curious about crypto, agentic finance, analyzing investments, as well as organizational and personal optimization, who wants to learn the ins and outs of a multi-strategy investment firm while building real AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously identify opportunities to use AI/LLM tools to streamline workflows, automate repeatable tasks, and increase the productivity of the founder and team.
  • Conduct research on a wide range of topics and prepare reports, briefs, and presentations for potential investments — leveraging LLMs and agents to accelerate and deepen the work.
  • Consolidate financial, operational, and (where requested) personal/health data into spreadsheets and dashboards for analysis and data visualization.
  • Run special interest projects for the founder as requested.
  • Provide administrative support to the founder and the broader Dialectic team as requested, with a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Manage calendar coordination and scheduling across multiple time zones — meetings, conference calls, a complex travel schedule and video conferences.
  • Arrange international travel, including flights, accommodations, and visas, and create detailed itineraries.
  • Handle inbox management, draft correspondence, and triage incoming and outgoing communications using AI tooling.
  • Run general office duties such as local errands, and document processing around Zurich/Zug as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • AI-native: deep, daily fluency with modern AI tools (Claude code, agents, copilots, automation tools) as a default part of how you research, write, organize, and execute work.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical, with the ability to juggle multiple work streams and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English;
German language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort working with structured data; ability to consolidate and visualize information clearly.
  • Comfortable with Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and modern scheduling tools (e.g., Vimcal); quick to learn and adopt new tools.
  • Self-starter mindset — able to work independently and take projects from ambiguous brief to completed output.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive personal, financial, and business information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves startup attitude — “no job too big or too small.”
  • Willingness to be primarily co-located in Zug.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); quantitative or business backgrounds are a…
