Process & Continuous Improvement Analyst

Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to streamline and automate Commercial Capabilities processes across the DPS commercial organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify pain points in current workflows and propose strategic solutions.
  • Analyze data and trends to provide insights that inform operational strategies and support business continuity.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency in methods across the organization.
  • Implement key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness, track improvements, and identify further enhancement opportunities.
  • Conduct regular reviews of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide training on commercial capability processes as needed.
  • Support cross‑functional projects by providing analysis and insights that align with organizational objectives.
  • Communicate business‑related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
  • Ensure personal and company compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contracting or operations analysis, process improvement, or related fields, preferably within a healthcare or life sciences environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to leverage data for strategic decision‑making and pricing process enhancement.
  • Experience with process automation tools and methodologies, focusing on efficiency and workload reduction.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills in complex environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven project management abilities, including coordinating initiatives and tracking performance metrics.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of bids, tenders, and contracting strategies with a focus on sustainability and organizational alignment.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and integration of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an international company.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
