Company Overview

Dialectic, a crypto-native organization of builders and capital advisors, is seeking an AI-native Business Analyst to join the team in Zug, on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing team focused on investing in and building compelling software in emerging crypto and blockchain technologies.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, AI-native self-starter to work cross-functionally across the organization — interfacing with Finance, Operations, Business Development, and other teams — on a wide variety of projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate is fluent in modern AI tools (LLMs, agents, copilots) and uses them as a default part of every workflow: from research and analysis to drafting documents to consolidating data and automating recurring processes.

You’ll touch a bit of everything, which requires a “no job too big or too small” attitude. This role is ideal for someone curious about crypto, agentic finance, analyzing investments as well as organizational and personal optimization who wants to learn the ins and outs of a multi-strategy investment firm while building real AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously identify opportunities to use AI/LLM tools to streamline workflows, automate repeatable tasks, and increase the productivity of the team.
  • Conduct research on a wide range of topics and prepare reports, briefs, and presentations for potential investments — leveraging LLMs and agents to accelerate and deepen the work.
  • Consolidate financial and operational data into spreadsheets and dashboards for analysis and data visualization.
  • Run special interest and strategic projects as requested.
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization, interfacing with Finance, Operations, Business Development, and other teams on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
  • Help develop and improve internal tools, strategies, and workflows to support the firm's operations and growth.
Key Requirements
  • AI-native: deep, daily fluency with modern AI tools (Claude code, agents, copilots, automation tools) as a default part of how you research, write, organize, and execute work.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical, with the ability to juggle multiple work streams and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English;
German language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort working with structured data; ability to consolidate and visualize information clearly.
  • Comfortable with Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and modern scheduling tools (e.g., Vimcal); quick to learn and adopt new tools.
  • Self-starter mindset — able to work independently and take projects from ambiguous brief to completed output.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive personal, financial, and business information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves startup attitude — “no job too big or too small.”
  • Willingness to work in Zug.
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience building or maintaining CRMs, knowledge bases, or internal documentation systems.
  • Financial acumen and understanding of basic accounting and investing principles.
Benefits

Dialectic offers an exceptional work culture:

  • Dynamic and collegiality in a small team working in fields that are shaping the future of our society.
  • As a modern employer, we offer you contemporary working conditions, a lot of space to develop yourself alongside the company, and exciting and challenging projects.
  • Compelling compensation, bonus, and participation opportunities.
  • Exposure to extremely talented people and very interesting clients who have unique investment profiles.
  • Supportive work and team atmosphere with flat hierarchies and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Direct exposure to the founder and senior leadership across investment, operations, and engineering.
  • Dialectic is an equal-opportunity employer with a strong diversity of ideas.
