Start your summer with a dedicated orientation session alongside your fellow interns. Where you’ll get to dive head-first into our culture at RBI, learn more about our business, brands and strategic plans, and get some RBI-specific skills training to set you up for your summer ahead.

You’ll be matched to a strategic project that’s been selected by our senior leadership, in areas like Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, Procurement & more! These aren’t side projects. They’re high-impact, business-critical initiatives. Your ideas will help shape how we serve guests, grow revenue, and optimize operations.

Throughout your internship, you’ll be assigned a buddy who’s been in your shoes as an MBA, get regular coaching and feedback from your project leader, and have opportunities for networking through leadership lunch & learns and social events.

To wrap up your internship, you’ll present your project findings and recommendations to the head of your department and Brand President — showcasing the strategy, results, and business impact of your work.

Our internships are designed for top performers to receive offers as a full-time, professional hire (upon graduation).

• Are a student enrolled in a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) program with a graduation date between Dec 2027 – July 2028
• Have at least 4-7 years of prior related work experience – in areas such as consulting, banking, CPG, retail or hospitality
• Have prior people management experience – including having at least 1 direct report or directly led a group, team or project
• Possess solid analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem solving
• Hungry (literally and figuratively) to make an impact in a business that moves fast and serves millions daily
• Are passionate about growth, ownership, and the QSR industry
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced environment
• Pride themselves on being excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders
