Your Mission
- Managing equity investments with a focus on holistic performance accountability and overseeing economic and sustainable investment strategies in Germany
- Ensuring and continuously optimizing future‑oriented, process‑based investment decisions in accordance with investment objectives
- Aligning investment objectives regarding return, risk, and liquidity with management
- Ongoing management of the German portfolio as well as continuous analysis and monitoring of risk and performance, including through active involvement in transactions, due diligence participation, and support for project development and management
- Proactive risk management and ensuring compliance with risk guidelines
- Development and regular reporting of a reporting system, as well as KPIs and internal/external stakeholder management
- Responsibility for reporting and communication with institutional investors regarding the investment products under management
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, finance, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, as well as in‑depth knowledge of fund structures and the regulatory framework for institutional investors
- Strong aptitude for numbers and outstanding analytical skills, particularly in financial modelling
- (Transaction) experience in the real estate or lending sector
- Confident and strong communication skills combined with exceptional coordination and management abilities, as well as a strong sense of responsibility
- Very good proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel
- Goal‑oriented and self‑directed work style with a hands‑on mentality
- Fluent spoken and written German and English
