Quant Equities PM

CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a global alternative asset manager to hire a Quant Equities Portfolio Manager to join their team in Zug.

Lead the development and management of quantitative equity strategies within a collaborative investment environment. The role involves alpha research, portfolio construction, optimisation, risk management, and trade execution while taking ownership of strategy performance.

You will be responsible for deploying and managing strategies from inception through to live trading as part of a team-oriented investment process.

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience within the hedge fund or alternative asset management industry
• Experience working as a Portfolio Manager or Sub-PM within a systematic or quantitative equities team
• Proven ability to deploy and manage a strategy from inception
• Strong understanding of quantitative equity models, portfolio optimisation, and execution
• MS or PhD in mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, or a similar quantitative discipline
• Ability to work within a team-oriented investment process
