We are looking to fill this role
as soon as possible, ideally over the summer period
. As part of the investment team, your mission will be to strengthen redalpine's position as a leading investor and partner of tomorrow's category-defining companies. This role is part of a 4-6 months full-time internship in one of our offices in Zug or Berlin and includes responsibilities such as:

• Sourcing and assessing new early stage investment opportunities.
• Reviewing business plans and conducting due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Presenting and championing investment opportunities.
• Developing expertise across redalpine’s investment sectors.
• Supporting the team in administrative tasks and portfolio reporting.
• Representing redalpine and strengthening our network.

• Excellent academic track record from a top-tier university.
• Background in STEM (e.g., Life Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science) or Business / Economics.
• Prior internships in fast-paced environments such as venture capital, start‑ups, consulting, or investment banking is a plus.
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem with a demonstrated passion for technology and Venture Capital.
• Demonstrated curiosity and passion for technology, healthcare, life sciences or deep tech.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate technologies, markets and business models.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Open‑minded, communicative and outgoing team player.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Applicants must have a valid work permit for the UK or be eligible to work in the UK at the time of application.
