The successful candidate will report to the Projects Finance Manager and will work closely with the Orthopaedics Business Unit Finance team. Responsibilities include supporting digital, NPI, and supply‑chain projects; developing end‑to‑end tracking and reporting frameworks; establishing governance models for post‑go‑live validation; partnering with global tax planning and commercial finance; and contributing to supply‑chain optimisation programs.
Key Responsibilities- Support DPS Network Edge, NPI, and Digital projects, ensuring compliance and financial requirements for DPS Principal Ops are met.
- Own the end‑to‑end project tracking and reporting framework, delivering regular updates to the DPS BUF team on timelines, dependencies, risks, and product flow changes.
- Establish and embed a robust governance model for post‑go‑live validation and Hypercare, partnering with the DPS BUF team to maintain operational stability.
- Act as a finance and compliance partner to global tax planning, commercial finance, and business stakeholders, designing and implementing a scalable intercompany billing model.
- Contribute to DPS transformation programmes focused on end‑to‑end supply‑chain optimisation, ensuring MTPO compliance, financial controls, and risk considerations are integrated into strategic discussions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Qualifications & Experience- 3+ years of relevant supply‑chain finance and/or principal accounting experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA accountant.
- Strong knowledge of J&J ERP and proficiency with tools such as Alteryx, Visio, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Demonstrated record of strong technical accounting and compliance knowledge.
- Proven leadership and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Experience driving continuous process improvements.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex situations into simple, actionable solutions.

Primary posting location:
€63,300 – €101,315.
Belgium: €72,500 – €115,230.
