Analyst​/Associate Investment Advisory; m​/f​/d

Your mission

• Expanding and further developing our central analysis and management tools, as well as contributing your own ideas to improve efficiency
• Responsibility for day-to-day cost control and target-actual comparisons
• Independently preparing regular investor reports in German and English
• Preparing analyses and decision-making documents for investment committees, investor meetings, sales teams and ad hoc enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Drawing up business plans at individual project and portfolio level, including scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses and return assessments
• Supporting liquidity and capital planning at fund, portfolio and project level, as well as preparing capital calls and distributions
• Contributing to the property valuation process through direct liaison with external valuers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting acquisition and disposal processes, as well as financing matters, throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Working closely with all operational departments, such as Asset Management, Development, Transactions and Finance

• A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance or a comparable course of study
• Initial relevant professional experience, including through extended work placements, in fund management, investment advisory, valuation, transactions, controlling or a comparable role within the property sector
• Experience in working with cash flow models, business plans and Excel; ideally, some exposure to property funds
• A structured, meticulous and independent approach to work, with a strong aptitude for numbers
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset and a high degree of reliability
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
