The Senior Portfolio Advisory & Reporting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Zug. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring portfolio data and performance, validating inputs, assessing investment opportunities, and preparing portfolio insights and recommendations. The role coordinates closely with operations and compliance teams and responds to queries concerning investments, portfolio performance, and reporting. It also involves improving reporting and advisory processes, implementing best practices, and contributing to the development of investment advisory tools, reporting solutions, and portfolio management methodologies.

• Strong portfolio management and investment analysis skills, with the ability to interpret performance, risk, and allocation data.
• Relevant academic background in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA).
• Advanced reporting, data validation, and analytics tool skills, including experience with portfolio reporting systems.
• Knowledge of financial markets, diverse asset classes, and regulatory requirements relevant to portfolio management and advisory services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing clear client reports and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a structured approach to managing multiple reporting deadlines.
• Ability to work on-site in Zug, operate independently, and contribute proactively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in a portfolio advisory, reporting, or asset management role, ideally in a regulated financial services environment.
