ABOUT THE ROLE
We are offering an entry level position in the Constanter Investment Office. You will support our Real Assets team, which invests globally across real estate, infrastructure and natural resources. Support the evolution, development and implementation of the real asset investment strategy. Manage, monitor and report on existing investment to key stakeholders. Support the sourcing, analysis and evaluation of real asset investment opportunities in pooled funds, co-investments, separate accounts and public markets.
You will be well supported and mentored within a 4 person team in an endeavour that requires curiosity about the world we live in and a sharp focus on the tasks will gain exposure to a multi-asset class portfolio through our Total Portfolio Approach. This position offers a great opportunity to work and learn in a unique investment environment and to gain exposure to a broad range of real asset investment markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the management of existing assets within the Real Assets Portfolio
.Where necessary, attend manager meetings and asset tours and ensure assets are responsibly managed to maximise overall performance.
Support the buy/hold/sell analysis for existing assets
. Support Real Asset team members in asset management and diligence initiatives
, cash flow modelling, reviewing key fundamentals, and tracking operating and market measures. - Support the tracking and monitoring of new investment opportunities.Maintain the tracking and monitoring of new investment opportunities. Overall responsibility for maintenance of Real Asset pipeline tracking.
- Review market research and pricing within real estate, infrastructure and natural resources. Contribute to discussion on market dynamics. Support the maintenance of and build market pricing trackers, benchmarking analysis tools, and relative value measurement to enable assessment of real asset sub sectors.
- Develop underwriting skills across direct, co-investment, and fund opportunities, reviewing JV- and operating partner financial models and stress-testing their business plans, financial models, and key assumptions.
- Support investment due diligence on new investment proposals
. Support initial screening of viable investment opportunities including presentations within Real Asset team. Support ad hoc diligence work streams across Real Assets as required. - Work with Responsible Investment colleagues to ensure the Real Asset investments impacts are tracked and monitored.
- Investment Reporting
:draft and produce reporting as required across the real asset investments and investment portfolio as a whole.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Must have visa/full working rights and be based in Switzerland
