Hotel Support Supervisor; w​/m​/d - Mein Schiff Flotte

Responsibilities

• Overseeing compliance of all workflows within the hotel area with the agreed regulations regarding security, health, hygiene and environment such as USPH / VSP, Shipsan, HACCP, SQM and MARPOL.
• Overall responsibility for the Integrated Pest Management (IPM), including action taking and orders for the respective equipment.
• Conducting internal hygiene inspections and supporting and participating in all external Public Health Inspections.
• Preparing, implementing and regularly checking all logs and checklists regarding HACCP and SQM.
• Responsible for all Hotel Utilities and the related administrative tasks, in close cooperation with the Sanitation Officer.
• Conducting trainings for the Hotel Support Team.

• Certified or qualified training in hygiene or sanitation management, or at least 2 years of job experience in a comparable function.
• At least 1 year of job experience, preferably on board a cruise vessel.
• In-depth knowledge of all relevant health and hygiene regulations.
• Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is welcome.
• Good IT knowledge (MS Office).
• Contract length of first contract: 5-6 months, with possible subsequent contracts.
