Hapag-Lloyd Cruises is seeking a Hygiene Manager to oversee compliance with health, hygiene, and sanitation regulations on board its vessels. The successful candidate will conduct hygiene inspections, manage pest control, and ensure all logs are kept according to HACCP standards.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sanitation management is required, as well as proficiency in English. Knowledge of German is a plus. The initial contract will last 5-6 months with the potential for further employment.
