EVZ Gastro AG sucht am OYM hall Standort Zug einen Junior Sous-Chef (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Sie führen das Küchenteam, sichern Spitzenqualität bei Matches, Events und Caterings und setzen eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Küchenteams um.
Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Küchenchef zusammen, unterstützen Lernende und tragen zur professionellen Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen bis 850 Gästen bei. Erwartet wird EFZ und Führungsbereitschaft.
