Discover here what our employees like best about our workplace. For our group company, Bernard Rothfos Intercafé AG, we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist (part‑time) (f/m/d). The position will be based in Zug and reports directly to the CEO.

Your responsibilities
  • Developing an HR department, focusing on fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company´s objective and culture
  • Cooperation with the Holding and role out of groupwide HR initiatives
  • Create and refine HR policies and procedures along the employee lifecycle, e.g. onboarding, employee recognition, Learning & development
  • Ensuring data accuracy in our HRIS Workday
  • Manage HR Administration and maintain compliance with laws and group regulations
Your profile
  • Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in HR roles and knowledge of HR practices and local employment law, and the ability to innovate HR processes
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Showing a high agility and flexibility combined with a hands‑on attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities
