Du begleitest Teilnehmende und förderst sie, organisierst Kundenaufträge in Werkstatt, Konfektionierung, Lager & Logistik und arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen.
Du bringst eine handwerkliche Grundausbildung und eine Ausbildung in Arbeitsagogik mit. Wünschenswert sind Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Gruppen sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige
