88K is a growing Swiss Aircraft Brokerage Company, specializing in the sale and acquisition of business aircraft for high-net-worth individuals. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated intern to support our prospecting and market analysis efforts.
Position OverviewAs an Aircraft Sales Assistant
, you will be involved in three key areas:
- Assist the Sales Director in identifying and targeting potential clients.
- Gain hands-on experience using aviation databases, Salesforce, and other tools to generate business leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Market Analyst to research and gather data on aircraft for sale and those recently sold in the pre-owned market.
- Communicate with brokers, pilots, flight departments, and service centers worldwide to support our sales efforts.
- Help organize and present key data on various aircraft models, focusing on performance, operating costs, and maintenance details for leading brands such as Pilatus, Gulfstream, Bombardier, Embraer, and Textron.
- Provide insights to assist clients in making informed decisions about aircraft purchases.
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Engineering degree in Aerospace, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 months of professional experience (internships included), ideally in sales or the aviation industry.
- Fluency in English (C1 level). Additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
- Eligible to live and work in Switzerland.
- Proactive, outgoing, and comfortable with phone-based interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with Power
BI and Salesforce is a plus. - A passion for aviation (holding a Private Pilot License would be an asset).
- Be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team environment where you can explore new technologies and contribute to innovative projects.
- Gain practical experience in business aircraft sales and market research.
- Build your professional network within the business aviation industry.
- Potential to transition into a Sales Engineer role after successful completion of the internship.
